The chance to buy a rent roll in a nearby region offered a rapidly expanding Century 21 team the perfect opportunity to take their business to a new level.
Century 21 Central West in Parkes is the second office for Tara Kelly, principal of the brand’s Forbes location.
With a career in real estate spanning 25 years, Ms Kelly knows the real estate landscape of regional NSW well. She began working in Dubbo in 1997 before relocating to Forbes a decade later.
In 2017, the opportunity arose to purchase her own business. She started out with just one full-time and one part-time staff member but has quickly scaled to run a team of eleven across the two offices. She joined forces with Century 21 three years ago.
“The business has since grown substantially since opening in Forbes in 2019, with an increasing demand to service the nearby regional city of Parkes. So, when the opportunity to purchase a rent roll in Parkes became available it provided the perfect opportunity for a confident business expansion,” Ms Kelly said.
Located just off the Newell Highway, Parkes has recently experienced a surge of activity in the agriculture, mining and transport sectors, driving the growth of real estate in the area.
Century 21 chief executive James Bell said that with so much momentum in the region, he was sure the new venture would be a success, especially with Ms Kelly at the helm.
“I would like to congratulate Tara Kelly and the team at C21 Central West on the expansion of their business and am confident the business will thrive in their new Parkes location,” Mr Bell said.
