The property management thought leader has revealed her latest career move.
Ms Stainton has been revealed as taking on a new role as property management director at Harcourts Solutions.
Bringing more than two decades of experience to her new position, Ms Stainton said her role “is to ensure Harcourts Solutions is the chosen workplace for the best property management professionals in Australia”.
“I know that happy, challenged, trained and supported property managers provide outstanding property management services to our owners and tenants and their broader communications,” she has commented.
The former franchise director at Coronis has revealed that she’s “all about relationships, continual learning, growth, helping women achieve success and property management”.
She shared: “It’s a great day when all those things come together.”
According to Harcourts Solutions founding directors Martin and Sally Millard, it was one of their aspirations to get into business with Ms Stainton when they kicked off their property management division.
“We have always seen her as the benchmark for leadership within the property management industry,” they stated.
“We are privileged and grateful that Jodie has chosen to become party of the Harcourts Solutions family.”
It’s a sentiment with which managing director Brendan Whipps agrees, calling Ms Stainton “a game changer in the industry”.
“She’s a strategic leader with warmth, compassion, and a love for property management that is unparalleled,” he shared.
“We are pinching ourselves that she has joined Harcourts Solutions.”
Mr Whipps is not the only one lauding Ms Stainton’s alignment with the business, with fellow director Etienne Labuschagne acknowledging her “thought leader” status.
According to a statement from Harcourts, Ms Stainton’s role will see her ensure that Harcourts Solutions property managers “remain at the forefront through dedicated, personalised training, acting on client feedback and are supported with great technology to make their lives easier so they have time to concentrate on their clients’ investing outcomes”.
