A real estate group has revealed its acquisition of :Different Property Management.

The news follows :Different’s appointment of administrators back in June. At that time, a memo circulated around the :Different business had stated, “the capital markets for scale-ups at our stage of growth are incredibly challenging right now”.

Coronis Group has welcomed the acquisition of :Different Property Management into the business, highlighting it as the second rent roll it has collected this quarter.

The group has also previously welcomed the addition of more than 550 properties under management from its acquisition of the Queensland arm of Propper.

Chief executive officer Karuna Mazzocchi said the latest acquisition embodies Coronis’ “new chapter of growth and expansion”.

“Our ambition surpasses mere business expansion; we are resolutely committed to transforming the communities we serve.”

She explained that “the acquisition of more rent rolls enables us to cultivate employment prospects and enrich the holistic ecosystem that encompasses mortgage and finance, conveyancing, and removalist services. The rent roll embodies the heartbeat of our enterprise, propelling the growth of our entire ecosystem”.

“Our acquisition serves as a tangible testament to our steadfast commitment to navigating a twin-pronged growth strategy – acquiring established property portfolios while nurturing the organic evolution of our enterprise,” she said.

Ms Mazzocchi has called out the “remarkable talents” of group leaders including property management state director Tracey Kelly and director of mergers and acquisitions, Jodi Ford, on bringing the alignment to fruition [pictured].

Coronis Group has already hinted at future growth on the horizon, stating, “it’s already well engaged in the pursuit of subsequent acquisitions”.
