RiTA's mobile app takes prospecting to the next level

CoreLogic’s AI-powered digital assistant, RiTA, has launched a dedicated mobile app, for real estate agents to take advantage of smarter prospecting and lead automation while on the move.

The mobility of the RiTA app puts AI-powered capabilities at agents' fingertips where they can enjoy streamlined database management, automated decision-making and gain access to valuable market intelligence.

Through the app’s innovative integration with RP Data, CoreLogic's leading property research tool, agents can conduct location based searches and access property owner information in seconds, including quick call and SMS outreach functionalities.

RiTA’s push notifications feature ensures agents respond to enquiries promptly as they’re on the go, boosting client engagement and speeding up lead opportunity response times.

Additionally, the daily alerts feature on RiTA allows agents to stay on top of real-time market activity and generate proactive opportunities based on insights about new sales, listings and leases in their area.

Dirk Miller, General Manager of Real Estate Solutions at CoreLogic said RiTA is designed specifically to help agents unlock the untapped potential of their client databases, optimising their efforts so they work smarter, not harder.
