It’s a “line in the sand moment” for the group’s leadership, according to the CEO.

Chantelle Collin has been appointed as a partner at the Sydney-based agency group, with the head of property management recognised by BresicWhitney CEO Thomas McGlynn for her role as an “exceptional leader and mentor”.

“While she’s long been a member of our leadership team, her position now as a partner of the business marks the next step for both her, and for BresicWhitney.”

Having spent seven years presiding over the property management portfolio, which now numbers more than 3,000 homes, Collin has also been lauded by the business for her transformational approach to technology, which has delivered improvements in both productivity and efficiency.

BresicWhitney has also hailed her “people-first approach that heroes care and career progression”, which sees her lead and mentor a team numbering more than 30 people across property management, leasing, business development and operations.

For Collin herself, the move into the partnership is a privilege.

“To continue delivering meaningful outcomes for our people, our clients and our communities is a role I take on with great pride and responsibility,” she remarked.

Alongside being the first female leader within the business to become partner, Collin expressed she is “incredibly proud of what this says about not only our values as a group, but the strategic importance of property management as a discipline, now and into the future”.

She also shared she is looking forward to leveraging her 25 years of experience “to continue helping pave an exciting future for BresicWhitney; one where our people can also see how ambitions translate into opportunity, and the career progression and pathways that are available”.

Welcoming Collin’s move into ownership, McGlynn said the announcement “is what we believe is a line in the sand moment for the leadership of BresicWhitney”.

“There are indisputable benefits of diverse leadership in real estate in the strategic outcomes it delivers, and its reflection of our values,” he concluded.
