Sales agent Jack Harvey has significantly bolstered the growth of Coronis’ Chermisde outpost through the addition of a substantial rental portfolio.
The network reported that Jack Harvey has acquired a rent roll of 484 properties under his Effective Business Unit and added a team of property managers who have been welcomed into the Coronis Chermside office.
With the acquisition supported by Coronis Group’s mergers and acquisitions team, the department’s director Jodi Ford said she was “thrilled to have helped Jack secure a rent roll and transition a fantastic team with it”.
Harvey was similarly enthused about the acquisition, and 10 years on with the brand, he emphasised that his “thorough understanding” of sales and the team building and leadership has equipped him to take this “next step” in his career.
Nonetheless, the agent stressed that the acquisition was also influenced by his team and a desire to “continue to help them, so in turn they can help more people in what is a fantastic community”.
Commenting on the development, Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said she was “extremely proud of Jack and his step towards further growth and opportunity”.
The CEO also remarked that the real estate industry “teaches people how to make money, but it doesn’t teach them how to keep it”, and further highlighted that she was “proud” of the way the network was able to support Jack’s future by helping him to “create a stream of independent wealth”.
This acquisition by Harvey continues his recent momentum over the year, with the agent being placed at number 37 in the REB Top 50 Agents Queensland 2024 ranking.
