In a bid to leverage on Perth’s post-pandemic property market growth, Ray White has jumped at the chance to partner with a “market-leading” agency in the city’s Swan Hills region.

After a decade of running their own agency, real estate duo Richard and Cassandra Lowenhoff have moved into a partnership with Ray White to helm their Midland & Hills office.

At one time a mortgage broker with Ray White Financial Services, now known as Loan Market, Mr Lowenhoff boasts 20 years of experience in real estate, boosted by finance and sales competencies that he said have ultimately given “him a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process of agency operations”.

“I made my entrance into the industry in the year 2000, and actually spent a number of my formative years working in Ray White offices, so it is an exciting homecoming for me,” Mr Lowenhoff said.

Through the new office, Mr and Mrs Lowenhoff aim to highlight Midland’s potential for substantial growth.

As the centrepoint for the Swan Hills region, with only a 30-minute driving distance from the Perth CBD, Midland offers a broad mix of housing, from apartments, villas and town houses in the heart of the suburb to multimillion-dollar acreage homes around the nearby Hills.

“We are right on the boundary of the Swan Valley and have a wonderful lifestyle, which makes it a really popular place for people to move to,” Mr Lowenhoff said.

“Everything you need is here and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, great restaurants, wineries, bike riding tracks, and plenty of good schools and amenities.”

Mr Lowenhoff said a benefit of being a husband-and-wife business-owning duo is that it has set them up for a rather unique operation, where they can “bounce off each other and be fully across both departments of the business”.

The pair currently run a strong team of 11 employees, with Mr Lowenhoff focusing on sales and Ms Lowenhoff on property management.

Over the next year, their aim is to establish growth under the new brand and recruit more sales and property management staff.

Ray White WA’s CEO, Mark Whiteman, has expressed his support for Mr and Mrs Lowenhoff and their team.

He said: “Richard and Cassandra are well established within the community, are market leaders, and we know that we will achieve great things together for the Swan Hills community.

“We are fortunate to have so many strong businesses and leaders within our network, and we’ve made a conscious decision to only grow with high-quality individuals and businesses.”

Calling Mr and Mrs Lowenhoff “high-quality people”, he added that the network is looking forward to supporting them “as they continue to provide the best possible service to their customers”.
