Since launching their franchise business in 2019, Coronis has successfully helped more than 50 franchisees set up their own businesses across Australia.

Predominantly working with property management franchisees to date, the national network has now refined their offering to include a personal sales franchise model that is purpose-built for agents, by agents.

Coronis Franchise Director Jodie Stainton said they had learned a lot of lessons setting up their franchise partners which they had used to help refine their sales offering to ensure they were offering the best model possible.

“For almost 40 years, the Coronis Group has led the way in professional training and helping countless agents build successful real estate careers,” Ms Stainton said.

“We’ve now taken all that IP, plus everything we know about how to structure and build a successful, profitable business and created a franchise model for agents to keep more of what they earn while having the backing of a big, successful brand.

“I think the key difference between what we’re offering and what other real estate networks are offering is we’re doing the same thing, at the same time as our franchisees.

“We’re running a team of agents, BDMs, property managers, brokers and administrators in our corporate owned hubs in South-East Queensland so we’re training them, upgrading our systems and tech to better suit them, adjusting to the market conditions and working with them to grow their careers… so we understand what our franchisees are going through in real-time, and we can offer them the same support and guidance. There are no ivory towers.”

“It also makes sense to have salespeople supporting property managers and property managers supporting salespeople. We’re talking to salespeople who love the idea of building their asset with a competent property manager who is like-minded.”

Coronis’ Growth Leader, Sandy Taylor said what’s great about this model is that agents have the backing of a tangible business – a business that has grown successful agents!

“So you’ve got that but they also get to enjoy the benefits of earning more with more flexibility and accountability only to themselves,” Ms Taylor said.

“If you’re a good agent already achieving $200K GCI, then you already have all the skills, this just doubles your income.”

Let’s do the math:

If you’re selling two properties per month you would on average earn $162,000 in a standard agency.

If you made the switch to the Coronis, the same earnings would be $286,000 – a huge difference.

What could an agent do with an extra $120K? Put on their own PA to make their life easier?

Grow results with more personalised marketing.

What we know from two of our current franchisee agents, Graham Engeman and Rob McGregor, is that it has meant more freedom, more flexibility and more in their pocket.

Put yourself in the control seat!

As the end of financial year approaches, now is the time to think about what you want FY23 to look like. Awards and perks are great, but with the cost of living increasing at an unprecedented rate, it’s more important than ever before to focus on the bottom line and maximise your hard work.
