The real estate industry is keen to “collaborate, network and explore new ideas, strategies and technologies”, according to the event’s organiser.
Izzy Savva, the head of Total Real Estate Training, has revealed the Australasian Real Estate Conference is “fast approaching a sellout capacity for the event”, with 3,700 delegates already locked in for the event.
Savva said they are “seeing a strong desire from the industry to collaborate, network and explore new ideas, strategies and technologies that will be shared with our audience both on stage and via the exhibition hall”.
From her perspective, “the learnings from industry leaders, all of whom have created their own strong personal brands and how to leverage that in a competitive real estate market is proving to be a real drawcard”.
Adding that early feedback is around excitement and strong engagement, Savva said: “We want AREC to be the pivot point for a reset as delegates know they’ll return home with key takeaways that will change the way they do business in 2024.”
Earlier this year, AREC founder John McGrath said this year’s event is “a compelling combination of real estate experts and those who excite and inspire us every day in their careers, success and thinking”.
He had called this year’s event one not to be missed, stating “you won’t get the depth of information and experience anywhere else in the world, and it’s in our own backyard”.
Queensland real estate professionals are leading the charge with registrations, with 26 per cent of attendees residing in Queensland.
Just behind are NSW registrants and Victorians, at 18 per cent.
Total Real Estate Training has once again lauded the “particularly strong” showing from New Zealand, from where 7 per cent of registered attendees are hailing.
