Exciting changes are unfolding at Little Real Estate, as they roll out their unrivalled 4 Pillar Selling Model to several new Sales Agents that have commenced recently with the business.

The team recently caught up with Fraser from the Forest Lake office in Brisbane, who started with Little 4 months ago.

Fraser’s insights offer a glimpse into what sets Little Real Estate apart. From standout leadership to an effective onboarding process, exceptional income opportunities and established support systems, Fraser’s experiences reflect a company committed to fostering success and innovation. He also shares his perspective on the thorough and transparent interview process and the state-of-the-art tools provided to enhance performance. For those contemplating a move, Fraser’s journey highlights why Little Real Estate could be the perfect fit for agents seeking genuine support, generous income opportunities and a promising career path.

You’ve been with Little Real Estate for about 4 months now. What aspects of your experience have particularly stood out to you?

Firstly, the leaders at Little. They are humble, and actively listen and engage, which is refreshing. In previous roles, managers often focused on self-promotion or micromanaging, but here, it feels like the leadership is genuinely there to support and help us succeed.

Secondly, as Little is independent and not a franchise, the environment without a Principal and the absence of office politics have made a significant difference. Everything is systemised, so decisions are driven by data rather than opinions.

Finally, the regular catchups with leaders ensure we stay on track and aligned with our goals.

What was your experience with during the Interview process?

A few key things stood out:

Firstly, Little’s goals and the plan to achieve them were openly shared. I clearly understood my role in contributing to these goals and how I would be supported to achieve my own objectives.

Secondly, what was communicated during the interview process was accurate—there was no exaggerated pitch. The size of the rent roll, the amount of GCI I could earn, administrative support from head office, and management support were all exactly as described from day one.

Third, the interview felt more like a relaxed chat rather than a high-pressure situation. There was a strong emphasis on information sharing, which helped me gain a clear understanding of the business.

Finally, I was able to gauge the ‘vibe’ and culture during the interview process, which has been consistent with what I have experienced on the job. The culture is professional, results-driven, yet very supportive.

How did you find the Little onboarding process?

Starting in a new environment can be daunting, but the onboarding process made it smooth and welcoming.

Everything was in place from day one—all the necessary technology was set up and ready to go, which is not always the case elsewhere where you might end up waiting for equipment or software.

I also had the chance to meet key staff in a relaxed setting, which helped me quickly understand who does what within the team.

The training on Little systems was excellent—modern and thorough, leaving no room for error.

What systems are in place to assist you to do your job?

The systems in place at Little are incredibly comprehensive. I’ve never worked with an agency so well-structured in terms of systems and processes. The software and hardware provided was instrumental in helping me achieve 9 listings in my first 12 weeks. Additionally, the commission payments are prompt and reliable—there’s no need for reminders, everything is delivered as promised.

What support have you received from the leaders/team?

I’ve received excellent support from the leaders and team. We have regular meetings, including fortnightly dedicated catchups with no interruptions, which ensures consistent communication and alignment. Additionally, the coaching and mentoring support is top-notch—both on-demand and scheduled. The team soon starts a 12-month training program with Michael Sheargold, Australia’s top real estate coach, which I’m very excited about. I couldn’t ask for better guidance and support in my role.

What have you found to be the differences between Little and your previous agencies?

The differences between Little and my previous agencies are quite striking.

Firstly, the software and leading-edge hardware provided here are unparalleled; I haven’t encountered another agency that offers such advanced tools.

Additionally, the well-established systems and structure in place allow me to concentrate on selling without being bogged down by administrative tasks. The Head Office support is also exceptional, providing valuable assistance whenever needed.

Lastly, having the permission to directly contact and communicate with our landlords has been a significant advantage, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency, which has resulted in me already increasing my earning capacity significantly.

Little is actively recruiting for new Sales Agents to join the team, what would you say to other agents that may be thinking of talking to Little?

If you’re considering joining Little, here’s what I’d say: Before I started at Little, I was on the verge of leaving real estate altogether due to disappointing experiences with previous agencies—broken promises, unpaid commissions, and software not being available.

But now, working at Little, I’m genuinely excited about the industry again. I’ve found a place where I’m truly supported and well-equipped.

If you have the drive to work independently and hold yourself accountable, while benefiting from a professional and reliable corporate support system, Little is the right choice. The company culture is straightforward and dependable—when they say they’ll do something, they deliver.
