Calibre Real Estate has appointed a new head of growth, with a goal to increase the agency’s footprint and undertake a technological transformation.
Inner Brisbane-based Calibre Real Estate has announced the appointment of Jason Hetherington to the newly established role of head of growth.
Hetherington, renowned for his expertise in recruiting sales professionals, has already been praised by Calibre Real Estate for making a significant impact on the agency.
Hetherington’s expertise in recruiting sales staff has been highlighted by the agency, with his first recruitment campaign bringing on board two “high-performing” sales agents and a senior property manager.
Calibre Real Estate’s Red Hill headquarters is also undergoing an expansion to support its growing team.
The agency emphasised that the expansion is reflective of the organisation’s commitment to fostering a collaborative, innovative and excellence-driven work environment.
