A 27-year-old Brisbane real estate agent has gone back to his roots, rejoining Place Bulimba as a lead agent.

Pat Goldsworthy, a young real estate agent based in Brisbane’s inner south, has returned to his roots after being appointed as a lead agent at Place Bulimba.

The 27-year-old began his career at Place in 2015, and has since carved out a niche in Brisbane’s property market where he specialises in high-value transactions between $4 million and $12 million.

This includes two of the highest sales in Camp Hill throughout 2024, with a sale in Sydney Avenue for $3.875 million and Newman Avenue at $3.75 million.

Pat welcomed the opportunity to rejoin Place and support clients around Brisbane’s inner south.

“I’ve always chosen to align myself with the agency that leads the market in the areas I serve; that’s why I’ve returned to Place,” Pat said.

“Back where my career began, a decade ago, I’m excited to be focusing on the areas I know and love, like Camp Hill, Coorparoo, and the surrounding suburbs. It feels great to be back, and I’m here to help you make the right move too,” he said.

Pat explained that he looks forward to embracing Place’s innovative approach to sales.

“I’ve kept an eye on Place over the years, and the innovations they’ve made really caught my attention,” said Pat.

“The way they approach auction campaigns, their innovative ‘auction patrol’ concept, their rebranding, and their fresh marketing strategies all made me realise that Place is still at the forefront of the market. I’m excited to be back with an agency that’s continually evolving and growing, just like I have.”

According to a recent statement from the company, Pat is currently searching for a sales associate to join his team.

Place One Group managing director, Paul Curtain, said that Pat will support the growth of high-end property sales for the company.

“He has built an impressive career, with his deep connection to the local market, combined with his expertise in high-end property sales.”
