Flynn Estate Agents continues its expansion across Victoria, announcing the opening of its fourth office, 10 months after the agency’s launch.

Having launched its first office in Frankston in April 2024, Flynn Estate Agents has established a strong foothold around Melbourne.

Its growth trajectory saw the addition of a Knox office in October, followed by the Mornington office in December.

Next month, the Templestowe office will open its doors, further extending Flynn Estate Agents’ reach across Melbourne’s South East and the Mornington Peninsula.

Chrissy Jones, newly appointed associate director, is leading the charge at the Mornington office and reflected on the agency’s success.

“The opening of this office is a testament to the growth and success we’ve achieved in the Peninsula in a short period of time,” she said.

“Vendors appreciate our unique, strategic approach to marketing, including our ability to position our properties in front of high-net-wealth buyers and achieve outstanding results.”

Jones also emphasised the agency’s dedication to agent development, noting that her own career progression has been bolstered by the agency’s support ecosystem.

“I’ve progressed from sales agent to sales manager and now, associate director. I currently have more than 40 listings on the go which previously I wouldn’t have thought possible.”

Chrissy believes Flynn Estate Agents’ branding, which is combined with strategic selling methods and an extensive database across the agency’s offices, is underlined by a determination to deliver a service that is unparalleled and sets a new industry standard.

“In many cases, it can be a case of sink or swim for agents who are starting out within the industry. Every agent at Flynn is given the tools to be successful – you simply need to be willing to commit and put in the effort.”

Chief executive officer, Adam Flynn, shared his vision for the agency’s future, highlighting plans to expand further into the Casey, Cardinia and Bass Coast markets while maintaining a focus on quality over quantity.

“This will give Flynn a strong geographical footprint across the entire south-east region of Victoria, stretching from Manningham to Knox and out to the Mornington Peninsula,” he stated.

“With a heavy emphasis on industry-best training, support and world-class marketing, we will always make decisions based on our strong values of results, teamwork, competency, authenticity and integrity.”

Flynn Estate Agents is also exploring potential collaborations to expand its footprint nationally.

However, Flynn stressed that growth would remain intentional and aligned with the company’s high standards.

“Quality training and brand consistency across our network are imperative. Quality over quantity is our direction,” Flynn said.
