BresicWhitney has confirmed the appointment of a Sydney property expert with over 15 years of real estate experience, focusing on the inner west suburbs of Stanmore, Marrickville and Petersham.

Inner west real estate professional Blake Lowry has joined BresicWhitney, the agency has confirmed, with an eye to strengthening the network’s presence in Stanmore, Marrickville and Petersham.

The Stanmore resident credited the agency’s value proposition for people and clients as driving his decision.

BresicWhitney chief executive officer, Thomas McGlynn, congratulated Blake on his performance in the sector, noting that it will strengthen the agency’s success in the inner west.

“Blake is a true professional who is known for his unique blend of high performance, excellence and integrity,” he said.

“His decision to join us represents his commitment to his clients, his local communities and his ambition to achieve even greater success for them in 2025 and beyond. We’re delighted to have him as part of our team.”

It comes as the network unveiled a number of appointments in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, lower north shore and inner west.

This includes Peter Perry in the city’s east, Stephen O’Sullivan in the lower north shore, Louise Mitchell in the Inner West.

“Attracting high-performing agents like Blake who understand the journey we’re on, and what that means for their careers, evidences our strategy in motion. As we move ahead, we’ll continue to deliver more opportunity, growth, and prosperity for our people, our clients and our communities,” the CEO continued.

Lowry welcomed the opportunity to join the team, and hopes to capture the ongoing strength of the inner west market.

“The inner west is experiencing more demand from buyers at present than it perhaps ever has. BresicWhitney’s connected presence and inherent focus on client excellence and buyer work means that can capture and harness that,” he said.
