The brand’s newest addition will use over three decades of senior leadership experience to build and grow its membership network.
First National Real Estate announced that Darren Pearce has been appointed as the network’s new membership director.
Pearce brings over three decades of senior leadership experience in the real estate industry, and alongside being a licensed estate agent and auctioneer, also holds certifications in business, estate agency practice, and training and assessment.
The network noted that Pearce possesses a high level of real estate knowledge gained from his time as a director at his own Ray White office, and has established a reputation for developing and leading high-performing teams and creating innovative growth strategies over his other senior roles in property management and sales.
Pearce also brings a track record for driving business growth, enhancing member satisfaction and fostering operational excellence from his roles as a current board director of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), and as a previous manager at Urban Choices Property, a not-for-profit real estate business which supports community housing.
Speaking on his new position at First National, Pearce said he is looking forward to “rolling up my sleeves and working with the membership’s support team”.
“My goal will be to have a positive impact on people and businesses while elevating the First National Real Estate brand,” Pearce said.
The network highlighted that Pearce’s leadership in his new role will be “instrumental” to strengthening engagement, delivering value-driven services, and expanding First National Real Estate’s membership network.
Chief executive of First National Real Estate, David Edwards, warmly welcomed Pearce and said: “We look forward to his contribution in helping to build, support and grow the First National membership network.”
