Belle Property has announced that the network is expanding its Fraser Coast presence with the opening of Belle Property Hervey Bay.
The new office will be led by Harrison Shaw who, as the principal of Belle Property Maryborough, developed an understanding of the demands of vendors and buyers in the region, spanning demand for both rural and coastal properties.
The network expects that the property market will remain strong in the town, being one of the state’s more affordable coastal cities while also being home to tourist attractions.
The incoming head of Belle Property Hervey Bay, Shaw said he hopes to provide a stress-free real estate experience, offering personalised support to his clients.
“I don’t like to overcomplicate things. If there’s a problem, I tackle it efficiently and with a calm demeanour. My focus is on providing a relaxed, professional experience without coming across as pushy or overly eager for business,” Shaw said.
“I’m excited to bring the Belle Property brand to Hervey Bay, so we can continue delivering the same dedication to our clients, complemented by the high-end service that Belle Property is known for. I want this office to be a place that stands out for its quality marketing, excellent customer service, and genuine community involvement, and where both agents and clients feel at home.”
Looking ahead at the Fraser Coast market, Shaw predicted demand would continue to surge for owner-occupiers and investors alike.
“Now is an excellent time for potential buyers and investors to capitalise on the market before the city becomes an even more popular destination,” Shaw said.
“The demand is expected to stay strong for the foreseeable future, presenting an exciting opportunity for new and returning investors.”
