Adrian William Real Estate’s latest additions will use their sales expertise and local market knowledge to strengthen the brand’s foothold in the Sydney market.
Adrian William Real Estate has announced that sales associate Arden Savio and real estate agent Rihann Barkley-Brown have joined the team.
Savio officially joined the property firm on 10 February 2025 and brings over seven years of property experience to his new role, working under the brand’s co-director, William Pereira.
Over his career, Savio said he has used his passion for property trade to deliver great service to his clients and leveraged his interpersonal skills to maintain the relationships he created over the years within the Redfern to Alexandria corridor.
The brand also highlighted that Savio’s comprehensive local market knowledge and status as a “fierce advocate” for the unique draws of the greater Redfern to Alexandria market have helped him to establish a reputation as a “skilled and trustworthy property” adviser in the region.
Adrian William Real Estate’s co-directors Adrian Tsavalas and Pereira, welcomed Savio, and described the agent as a “true professional with an unbreakable character” who “works with integrity and follows through on every promise with persistence and consistency”.
Since Barkley-Brown joined Adrian William Real Estate in late January, the agent has continued to achieve success in Sydney’s inner west and the Canterbury-Bankstown district.
With seven years of real estate experience already under his belt, Barkley-Brown said that his passion for property goes back much further, and shared “the thought of working in the industry excited me from a young age” and has led to a lifelong fascination with the Sydney property market.
Barkley-Brown said his enthusiasm for Sydney property has been influential in fuelling his knowledge of the Canterbury, Ashbury and Campsie markets where he operates, and has enabled him to offer tailored services to buyers and sellers.
Looking forward, Barkley-Brown emphasised the importance of “staying educated and adapting to market trends”, and said that upcoming infrastructure such as the Western Sydney Airport and extension of the Sydney Metro line to Bankstown will create “exciting opportunities for both investors and local residents”.
Reflecting on Barkley-Brown’s entrance into Adrian William Real Estate, Tsavalas and Pereira said that the agent’s “likeable and genuine personality, combined with his drive and unparalleled local knowledge” have already made him an “invaluable asset to his clients and the team”.
These recent additions continue the growth that Adrian William Real Estate exhibited in 2024, which was influential in its placement as the 36th ranked office in REB’s Top 50 Sales Offices for 2025.
