The latest addition to Ray White Cottesloe | Mosman Park is hoped to bring comprehensive industry knowledge and a positive, can-do approach to managing the seaside agency’s operations.
Ray White has appointed Michelle Ralph as the new general manager of its Cottesloe | Mosman Park office.
Ralph brings nearly 20 years of real estate experience to the role, and most recently spent 12 years as the licensee of another western suburbs agency.
Ray White said that Ralph brings a diverse skill set to her new role, including insights into off-the-plan sales and the residential, commercial and development sectors, which she gained working in leadership positions with various agencies.
Alongside her vast industry knowledge, the network highlighted that Ralph has built an esteemed reputation in the industry for her detail-oriented approach, passion for communication, and commitment to innovative sales techniques.
Ralph explained that she priorises the values of “clear communication, kindness and integrity”, and said this professional approach has enabled her to “never run out of creative solutions” while maintaining a consistently positive outlook.
This desire to help others was also integral to the founding of Ralph’s business, WOMAN UP, in 2019, which aims to help professional women empower themselves by providing community and mentor style relationships to young female professionals.
Speaking on her new role, Ralph shared she was drawn to the Ray White Cottesloe | Mosman Park team by the strong team dynamic, and leadership and vision of the agency’s director and owner, Jody Fewster.
“Jody’s energy, determination, and clear vision for the agency’s future made this an opportunity I couldn’t pass up,” Ralph said.
Moving forward, Ralph shared she’s excited to contribute meaningfully to the Ray White Cottesloe | Mosman Park team, and help them achieve great things.
“I am thrilled to be joining such a high-performing team. The support, the structure, and the collaborative culture here make it a truly unique opportunity,” she said.
Fewster welcomed Ralph’s appointment and shared that “her extensive experience in real estate and her dedication to helping others succeed aligns perfectly with the values of our team”.
