RE/MAX Australia was named as the RE/MAX Region of the Year – Asia-Pacific Region at their awards program and convention in Las Vegas.

It was also recognised as the standout in 2024 of the 19 regional master franchises during RE/MAX R4, the network’s global convention to drive networking and education.

The convention is attended by thousands of the network’s affiliates across its 110-plus country footprint, including representatives from Australia such as agents and broker owners from RE/MAX River City, RE/MAX United, RE/MAX Right Home and RE/MAX Excellence.

The awards were received by Josh Davoren, RE/MAX Australia operations director, along with finance director Chris Chapman and board chairman Michael Davoren.

“We say well done to everyone at RE/MAX Australia, as there is plenty of team effort at the heart of all of this!” Josh Davoren said.

“In addition to our awards, we have been included in the prestigious ‘T3’ group, which is a selection of only the three top performing regions from all in the global RE/MAX network, where recognition is objectively based on a wide selection of performance criteria around growth, agent productivity and more.”

The network’s operations director explained that the education and networking pieces were critical to ensuring business success, where attendees had access to innovative speakers and interactive sessions.

“A delegate is sure to attend at least one session that will drive them forward this year in their business, and without doubt, they will meet at least one person who will inspire them to strive for that next level.”

It comes as the network continues to expand its Australian footprint, having announced the opening of a new office in Maroochydore in February.

Led by owners Kyle Mian and Gus Da Silva, it joins the network’s three other offices in the Sunshine Coast.
