Participating LJ Hooker offices can now easily create unique reports and videos relevant to their local markets.
It is part of the franchise’s partnership with HomePrezzo, which allows local agents to utilise the latest property data to create bespoke reports to target potential buyers, sellers and renters.

“Providing regular thought leadership allows our agents to be top of mind when a prospective vendor decides to sell.”
The service allows the agency to contact people through digital, social and traditional media, utilising the latest suburb-level data and commentary from relevant and local agents, personalising it for the targeted market.
“It’s allowed us to scale a solution for our offices nationally,” Mr Tiller said.
LJ Hookers was the first real estate group to embrace the AI-driven content creation platform.
“We’ve loved working with Mat and the team to ensure the system reflects the functionality and branding of the business,” HomePrezzo founder Nathan Krisanski said.
The agreement the agency has with HomePrezzo gives offices the option to subscribe to the platform, which will allow them to create unlimited reports and videos.
