A cloud-based property management software platform and a maintenance management software provider have joined forces to provide faster and more efficient maintenance services to Australian and New Zealand property managers.
Console Cloud’s creator, Console Group, has announced an integration and partnership with the people behind PropertySafe’s Maintenance Manager.
It means property managers who utilise both Maintenance Manager and Console Cloud will be able to link their accounts, with maintenance jobs able to be actioned as soon as they are created through automatic routing.
Not only does it give agencies a faster turnaround on maintenance tasks, Console Cloud and Maintenance Manager say it will save the double-handling of any data.
Both proptech providers have said a move towards integration of their products is a “natural fit”.
According to PropertySafe CEO Phil Oakes, Console and PropertySafe are “two like-minded businesses with a shared vision determined to push the boundaries and deliver superior solutions. This vision enables our mutual customers to be more successful and profitable.”
It’s a sentiment with which Console’s chief product officer, Matt McGown, has agreed.
He said Maintenance Manager “has a proven track record”.
“Their maintenance workflow dramatically improves the speed and efficiency of the process for property managers. When you couple that with the workflows built into Console Cloud, those customers gain a significant advantage,” Mr McGown said.
Operating in real time, Mr McGown said the partnership “really closes the loop on the maintenance workflow with quotes, work orders and invoices all seamlessly communicated between our two systems”.
Console CEO Charlie Holland has also acknowledged that managing maintenance “is one of the largest workflows within a property management agency”.
“By using a fully digital, end-to-end process that integrates directly into the accounts management side of Console Cloud, we can help our customers transform their productivity,” he said.
