A technology-based, full-service agency has announced an Australian-first, real-time real estate report allowing buyers, sellers and renters to browse through the most up-to-date data on the market.

LJ Hooker’s Avnu is working with a behavioural company, CoreLogic and a creative agency to develop real-time reports that have previously taken up to six months.

Christine Mikhael, Avnu’s chief performance officer, said the reports are designed to put the right data in everyone’s hands so that they can make informed decisions about their property.

“We know that when home owners have the information, they need to make informed decisions, and you pair that with high-performing expert agents, you’re going to get a great result when selling your home,” she said.

As well as providing home owners with a report that’s designed to make it easy to understand what’s happening in the market, the report is also real-time, allowing home owners to access the latest available data on their home.

“Once someone requests a report, it’s generated instantly and they’re sent a link to the report — not a stagnate PDF,” Ms Mikhael said.

“The data in the report then updates as new data is available, such as a similar property selling for a record price, local supply and demand changes or if the area’s average days on market contracts.

“It’s the most comprehensive and detailed report available in the market today and builds on Avnu’s brand pillar of building trust and providing transparency to consumers.”

No stone has been left unturned, with the agency hiring a behavioural scientist to ensure the information is digestible, well presented and meaningful to owners.
