The new proptech partnership will make buying easier, according to Propps and its newest partner, Settle Easy.

Now, when buyers make an offer through Propps, if they do not yet have a conveyancer appointed and would like one, they are now able to be connected online through Settle Easy.

According to the people behind Settle Easy, “it’s exciting because we’re huge fans of any business that streamlines the process of buying and selling property and makes things easier for customers and agents”.

The statement outlining the new partnership pointed out a number of similarities between both groups, highlighting how both share a focus on saving time, streamlining processes, taking out stress, providing a secure online environment, and being available 24/7 for both agents and consumers alike.

Commenting on the alignment, Settle Easy CEO Sam Almaliki said: “Props to Propps for making the process of real estate negotiation easier and more efficient. Improving agents and customers’ real estate experiences from beginning to end is a win-win.”

Propps CEO and founder Daniel Bignold has also weighed in.

He said: “We really sit up and take notice of others in the proptech space who are clearly interested in making our sector better for everyone involved.”

“It’s why we’re impressed with online conveyancing experts Settle Easy. When it comes to buying and selling property, it’s obvious that smart, user-friendly tech products are what consumers and agents demand and this is what successful businesses provide.”
