The proptech’s mobile property scanning technology will become more widely available in Australia and New Zealand through a new strategic partnership.
A deal with New Zealand-based creative marketing agency Bladescenes will bring the proptech’s floor plan creation tool to clients across the ANZ region.
Currently in use in over 144 countries, the platform assists real estate, appraisal, and mortgage professionals in creating realistic renderings to capture a property’s dimensions in a much shorter period of time than it would traditionally take.
Jeff Allen, president of CubiCasa, said the partnership with Bladescenes would further their mission of “modernising and digitising the real estate process on a global scale”.
"This relationship gives us the opportunity to become the one-stop shop for real estate and mortgage professionals in Australia and New Zealand while continuing to expand in the U.S., Europe, and other target markets,” Mr Allen said.
The company, which is headquartered in Oulu, Finland, already works with close to 40 companies across Australia and New Zealand.
Bladescenes creative director George McNabb said that CubiCasa had already “totally changed our business”.
"CubiCasa's technology will allow us to integrate floor plan and sketch capabilities into our offering along with photography," Mr McNabb said.
"By using CubiCasa's easy-to-use app, we are seeing increased adoption and lower margin of error,” he stated.
