The influencer and the proptech platform are embarking on a brand new collaboration.
A statement outlining the new strategic partnership has revealed that Mr Panos will help new and experienced agents to operate in a more efficient and transparent way by highlighting the Realtair platform as part of his training regime.
It will also enable Mr Panos to collaborate with fellow coach Lee Woodward, who is Realtair’s head of digital education.
Realtair chief executive and founder – and the current president of the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) – Peter Matthews has welcomed the new partnership, noting Mr Panos as “renowned and revered in the industry because he tells it like it is”.
“It’s this authenticity which strikes a chord with his audience so when he recommends a platform on the basis that it will enhance cost and time efficiencies for high-performing agents, it carries tremendous weight,” Mr Matthews commented.
Explaining further, the CEO said the collaboration with Mr Panos “complements Lee Woodward’s processes and frameworks, which are embedded in Realtair’s platform, to enable us to accelerate positive digital change for agents, their customers and the entire industry”.
Mr Panos himself said he is “thrilled to have partnered with such an innovative force” – revealing that he has seen Realtair enable agents to “get ahead of the curve”.
“The pandemic created a real estate revolution where the high-tech, high-touch agents became a force to be reckoned with,” he reflected.
“Realtair is able to give every agent – no matter how tech-savvy – the platform to prospect, list, sell with digital offers and auctions, and even securely handle deposits.”
Adding that many traditional real estate transaction methods are now redundant, Mr Panos said technology is “crucial in a market that is moving from nuts to normal”.
