Taking its agency expansion plans to “the next level”, the digital offer management platform has welcomed yet another new partnership into the fold.

Propps chief executive and founder Daniel Bignold has already expressed pride in calling the network a partner, commenting that “Elders is a high-profile real estate brand with over 300 locations nationally and its agents have a reputation for offering customers a quality service”.

According to Elders general manager residential real estate and brand Belinda Connor, the addition of the Propps partnership complements “the end-to-end digital technology being implemented across the network”.

She outlined that the brand is in year two of a multi-tiered systems modernisation project, with the integration of Propps seen to be “a simple, time-saving, cost-efficient and extremely effective way for our agents to collect and collate offers for their vendors, while creating a clear and consistent platform for buyers”.

“We’re committed to delivering our company owned offices and franchise business owners with best-in-breed solutions, so they can in turn provide elevated levels of service and a superior customer experience,” Ms Connor shared.

“Our agents are relationship experts and this partnership means they can spend more time fostering closer ties with their buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible results.”

Mr Bignold believes the newest partnership takes Propps’ expansion agenda “to the next level”, with the latest announcement following a number of high-profile partnerships for Propps in 2022, including Raine & Horne, First National, and most recently, Agents’Agency.

“As more agents experience the customer service benefits and savings in time generated by the platform, we look forward to broadening our agent customer base further,” he stated.
