A deal between Elders and Reapit will see the real estate network further enhance its use of the proptech’s behind-the-scenes support.
Already this year, Elders targeted Reapit’s Agentbox as its CRM of choice and migrated to Console Cloud for its property management organisational software.
The tech company has now been onboarded as a platinum partner of the network, solidifying the firms’ close connection.
Reapit ANZ chief revenue officer Simon Cashman said he hoped working closely with the network would help both parties understand and unlock new opportunities in their fields.
“We were pleased to see two of our flagship products identified by Elders earlier this year as the best solution for their network,” Mr Cashman said.
“With this partnership, there will be numerous opportunities for Reapit to help the Elders’ team make the most of the deep functionality and flexibility our products offer. These experiences also provide us valuable feedback so we can continue to improve the efficiency, flexibility and integration of our technology for all of our clients across the entire Reapit ecosystem of Agentbox, Console Cloud and Agentpoint.”
Elders’ general manager of real estate and brand, Belinda Connor, said that the company already felt its association with Reapit had been a boon to its plans for growth.
“The support we have received from Agentbox from day one is really impressive,” she said. “In fact, working with Agentbox is fast becoming a recruitment tool for us. For people who are frustrated by other systems’ functions and lack of support, the fact we are using the best systems available to the industry has become a drawcard.”
Elders’ executive general manager of real estate, brand and communications, Tom Russo, added that the proptech was making an impact on its property management side, as well.
“Our corporate run rent roll is now over 12,000 properties under management and growing rapidly. Our strategy is to adopt best-in-breed offerings to optimise our use of data, support this rapid growth and drive efficiencies within our business. Reapit’s products allow us to do this,” Mr Russo said.
