Collaboration with RateMyAgent will assist the national real estate brand’s creation of a market-leading experience for its clients.
Network chief executive officer Adrian Knowles labelled the move as “an exciting stage in Harcourts’ offerings to its business owners and agents”.
The new program has been touted as incorporating two survey systems, access to customised Harcourts templates, automated posts to Google My Business profiles, website integration, and a RateMyAgent API.
“With testimonials and star ratings fully integrated with Google Reviews, our great ratings are suddenly much more visible in the local area via search engine optimisation (SEO), powered by RateMyAgent’s site,” Mr Knowles said.
The site’s dashboard allows agents to leverage and showcase their track records, converting them to future sales. Mr Knowles believes the seamless system allows agents to show their “potential clients you’re serious about what you do, committed to excellence, and they can trust you with their purchase or sale”.
Moreover, RateMyAgent allows agents to customise agency profiles to align branding as well as the ability to generate market reports that highlight successes to prospects, all of which allow Harcourts’ agents to boost their profile and credentials.
“Harcourts [is] leading the industry in trust and transparency with this program, measuring the client experience end-to-end and really lifting the bar,” said Michael Davey, RateMyAgent chief executive officer.
He added that they “can already see the phenomenal outcomes Harcourts agents are delivering and the insights needed to continue to grow their business”.
“In addition to the Google Interaction, RateMyAgent of course shows results from many other real estate businesses across Australia and New Zealand,” said Mr Knowles.
“As we have great customer experience results and a really robust delivery based around the Harcourts Promise, we have nothing to fear from comparison; in fact, it’s a great showcase for our delivery of the finest experience in real estate.”
