The latest collaboration between the network and the proptech provider will reportedly prove beneficial to all invested stakeholders.

Under the new partnership, announced on 14 November, PRD agents can now leverage Propps’ digital offer management platform to their customers, who “benefit from a more streamlined experience”, according to Propps chief executive officer and founder Daniel Bignold.

“Their buyer customers are empowered to make an offer at a time and in a way that suits them, and their vendors benefit from an increased number of offers, more clearly presented, so they can comfortably identify the best offer for them,” he shared.

Todd Hadley, PRD managing director, explained the “strategic partnership with Propps is another way we’re supporting our network, enabling our people to offer their local communities better experiences and their customers better results, all while saving our agents time”.

“Where there are opportunities to leverage new tools, techniques, and innovations to empower PRD agents to stand out in their respective markets, we investigate these as business as usual,” he said.

Moreover, PRD national marketing manager Ellie Schwarz expressed the brand’s confidence in its agents’ capabilities to maximise Propps’ benefits because it’s a “very simple, effective and affordable tool that seamlessly integrates with our CRM and website and is easy to use for both the agent and the buyer”.

According to the statement detailing the new collaboration, in a matter of clicks, PRD agents will now be able to integrate Propps’ software with their existing CRM and website, ensuring the platform becomes a time-saving staple of their normal working routine.

Mr Bignold heralded PRD for its “innovation, based on data insights, applied with the customer front of mind,” outlining how “there’s a significant alignment between this approach and Propps, and we’re excited to work together on a national scale”.

He believes the partnership ensures PRD agents can “simply and securely manage many offers in this way”, saving them “considerable admin time [and] enabling them to focus on what they do best”.

PRD is the latest network to implement Propps’ technology this year. LJ Hooker incorporated the system into its network in August, following Elders — which announced its partnership in June — First National in March, and Raine and Horne back in the first month of the year.
