New CRO set to rev up RealtyAds

Aussie proptech offering Realty Media Group has revealed a key appointment to its executive team.

Daniel Streek has been named as the group’s chief revenue officer, and will draw on his experience as both an agent and in selling and supporting “innovative solutions” for the real estate sector in his new role.

His appointment, which encompasses RealtyAds and the broader Realty Media Group, is set to “further strengthen” the board, according to Realty Media Group’s head of key partnerships and content, Kevin Turner.

“When it comes to people passionate about the real estate industry, it is hard to look past Daniel,” he quipped.

“He has established himself as a leading expert in the field of proptech and is a renowned thought leader in the proptech industry.”

Mr Turner also said Mr Streek’s appointment “marks an important milestone in our group’s expansion strategy and signals our focus on revenue growth in the coming months.”

And that focus on revenue growth comes courtesy of additional social and search property and profile marketing tools for agents, according to the content head.  

For the incoming chief revenue officer, it was a combination of extensive tech and content offerings and the ability for agents to be supported by a distribution network that really sealed the deal on his acceptance of the role.

From his perspective, “when it comes to delivering ROI to agents, the unique offering that Realty Media Group has created ensures the traffic generated through a much wider distribution of available properties to buy or rent stays with the agent and allows them to have better access to their own data instead of having to buy it back from the portals, which adds to the overall cost of marketing a property in Australia.”

He also touted the “considerable time-saving benefits offered through the automated distribution and marketing technology built by Realty that are now working in RMG’s stable of integrated products.”

The Realty Group ecosystem includes: RealtyAds, Realty.com.au, RealtyLIVE, and the LocalIQ network — a geomapped digital delivery platform.

In conclusion, Mr Streek said he is “excited to be able to play a part in establishing RealtyAds and the wider RMG’s product offerings as key change makers in the real estate industry.”
