Doubling down on its efforts to support agents throughout their workflow, a new tool is aiming to empower agents’ ability to identify potential listings.
Unveiling the new solution, known as LeadScope, Domain said that the tool is “designed to address key challenges agents face with their CRM, including the lack of comprehensive insights into their CRM databases”.
Available to agents across NSW, Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory and the ACT, it reportedly utilises a unique blend of data that is available to Domain, including buyer and seller information, to identify properties within a CRM database that are “more likely to come to market within the next 12 months”.
Domain also flagged that LeadScope has the capability to provide insights into the ‘overall health’ of an agent’s CRM, including information on recently listed and sold properties.
Danielle Harmer, the general manager of Domain product and Allhomes, said Domain is excited to introduce LeadScope and its “simple but powerful purpose”.
She said the offering would “help agents focus on finding the next opportunity in their CRM and have the right conversations at the right time”.
“As a strategic partner for agents, we had a clear goal: to create a product that allows agents to use their time more effectively.”
For Domain chief revenue officer John Foong, the latest technology is “just the beginning of how we are using the latest in artificial intelligence to push boundaries and offer powerful innovations to our agent community”.
“We are committed to providing best-in-breed technologies for agents and will continue to bring the latest in AI to life, helping our customers to build and scale their businesses,” he stated.
The release of LeadScope follows the finalisation of Realbase’s Domain integration early last month.
