The property management software provider has revealed new configurability capabilities, designed for “innovative” business models.
The new data access configurations are reported to be “especially valuable” in scenarios such as rent roll acquisitions; agencies will be able to bring acquired rent rolls and unified management processes “without giving up valuable local brands”.
It has also flagged that the new configurability makes property management as a service possible – a single platform can be used without profile switching or logging in and out of different accounts.
At its essence, the new data access configurations enable users to be “set up” to access data at three different levels: company, agency or office level.
Multiple brands can be supported under the one company setup, with separate name, ABN, CAN and logos able to be set up at each of the three levels, too.
Already, one Western Australian agency is using the new configurations to success.
Daisy Campbell is a property management licensee at Xceed Real Estate.
She explained that the partnership with Kolmeo has seen them attempt to “redefine the WA property management landscape”.
“With these new configurability options, we can operate multiple brands and it gives us the flexibility to customise access for our roles and processes,” she explained.
Kolmeo’s chief customer officer, Eloise Wall, has emphasised the latest development as part of their “commitment to innovation”.
“We are confident that these new tools will help our customers grow and give them competitive edge,” she said.
According to the statement announcing the new capabilities, “agencies can look forward to greater operational efficiency, enhanced client experiences, and the ability to explore new business models”.
