A new partnership between Propps and the Professionals network gives agents access to the proptech’s offer tracking software.
The deal will centralise property offers for the network’s agents into one user-friendly, secure location collated in a consistent format, making it easy to keep track of competing bids in a competitive market.
According to the brand, this is expected to save its agents a huge amount of time and alleviate admin headaches, with the promise that Propps will integrate smoothly into their current workflow.
The product, which integrates into agencies’ CRM and website, not only keeps the sale process organised for agents, but also creates a more seamless external experience, focusing on creating consistency for buyers and vendors as well.
The firm reported that since its establishment in 2020, almost $40 billion in buyer offers have been made through the Propps platform through more than 60,000 offers from over 47,000 buyers.
Professionals, which is headquartered in Brisbane, operates over 225 offices across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea, which represents something of a boon for the proptech as it looks to expand globally, according to Propps CEO and founder Daniel Bignold.
“We are openly ambitious about our expansion plans and changing the way property is bought and sold in Australia and around the world. The change is underway and with this new partnership with Professionals Real Estate, we are helping more agents and consumers not only nationally but in other markets our new partner operates in,” Mr Bignold said.
“Managing offers simply and seamlessly through the Propps digital platform is about saving time for high-performing agents while ensuring their customers benefit from a cohesive, consistent and convenient service. It’s a privilege to welcome Professionals Real Estate to the fold,” he added.
