The listings portal is looking to make it even easier for agents to access their enquiries.
Homely has shared its Enquiries API product is hitting the mark when it comes to assisting agents with the management and viewing of their leads.
According to the group, once an agent has integrated the Enquiries API into their CRM, all enquiries made will automatically be funnelled into their CRM, “allowing agents and principals to easily access and view these enquiries and leads in real time”.
Homely highlighted that the new product ensures a holistic view of customer interactions, and enables agents to respond swiftly and effectively, while also enabling the identification of new prospects that “may be selling or looking for a property manager”.
VaultRE and Zenu are already equipped for, and using, the Enquiries API, with Luke Kenyon, Homely’s head of product, stating that many of the portal’s customers “are now reporting stronger than anticipated enquiries”.
Calling the API “seamless”, he also shared that many “are blown away by the volume of enquiries and leads they’re seeing”.
Scott Banks, a Melbourne-based director and the man behind Scott Banks Real Estate, was among the first to utilise the API, stating that his enquiries “are stacking up really well when compared to the other two big portals”.
For Kenyon, it’s part of the group’s commitment to continuous innovation, stressing the focus on ensuring they “are able to demonstrate the value we provide to our customers”.
He also said the integration “ensures CRM providers can offer their subscribers a more comprehensive and efficient lead management system, reinforcing their commitment to delivering value-added services”.
The insights around the API follows on from Homely’s release of a new social media amplification tool earlier this year.
