A new integration between two proptech platforms will bring property management and inspections together.
Property management software Kolmeo has partnered up with Inspection Express, a digital inspections platform that touts itself as “Australia’s premier inspection tool”.
According to Kolmeo, this integration marks a “milestone in enhancing the property management experience for property managers and agencies”.
Eloise Wall, chief customer officer at Kolmeo, noted that “inspections are a big part of a property manager’s role”.
“A property manager performs around two inspections each year for every property they look after. That’s at lease one inspection every working day,” said Wall.
The new integration with Inspection Express will reportedly give property managers access to a host of new features, including 360-degree inspections, data integration, digital signatures, paperless reports and advanced sharing capabilities.
“We’ve integrated with Inspection Express so we can improve every step of the inspection process for property managers, tenants and owners,” said Wall.
“By providing property managers with advanced tools and seamless data management, we are enhancing their daily work tasks, reducing complexity and saving them time.”
Kelly Dickens, sales manager at Inspection Express, noted that integrations such as these add momentum to the proptech sector.
“Partnerships like these are crucial for driving innovation, creating choice and lifting industry standards,” said Dickens.
She continued: “At Inspection Express, we are committed to delivering software that empowers property managers with advanced inspections features. Our partnership with Kolmeo allows us to integrate with their platform, providing property managers with a single easy workflow that makes delivering great customer service easier.”
The integration with Inspection Express is not the first development Kolmeo introduced this year. In January, the proptech allied with CustomerGauge to deepen customer feedback and improve data collection.
The platform also switched up their configurability options to allow users to filter data at the company, agency or office levels.
Inspection Express saw significant changes over recent years, with last August seeing the launch of their 360-degree technology. They claimed at the time that the new capability “not only speeds up the inspection process but also enhances accuracy and transparency”.
The 360-degree inspection technology came just one year after Insepction Express launched its property management for the first time.
