The newcomer in the portal space played “a pivotal role” in closing out the round, it was revealed.
Propic has flagged the successful close of its Series D raise, calling it a “significant milestone” that solidifies the company as a leader in the real estate industry when it comes to generative AI.
The proptech firm revealed View Media Group was a huge factor in fully subscribing the round in March, with Propic CEO Jeffery Gray commenting: “We are delighted to have VMG’s support in our Series D round.”
He said the partnership “aligns perfectly with our strategy to truly transform the real estate industry and brings us closer to achieving our vision of delivering Australia's best AI-driven real estate solutions”.
For Antony Catalano, executive chairman of View Media Group, the strategic investment in Propic “aligns perfectly” with their vision to create “an interconnected property ecosystem”.
“Our partnership exemplifies our commitment to innovation and delivering market-leading solutions for real estate consumers across the country,” he continued.
View Media Group previously threw their support behind Propic, which was celebrated with the release of generative AI-powered platform Claire earlier this year.
With Propic of the view that Claire’s capabilities “signal a step change in how property transactions are managed”, Gray expects that the investment from the Series D round will now allow them to accelerate their client acquisition efforts, “and further solidify Propic’s position as the home of AI for real estate”.
The proptech reported it has no plans to slow down, hinting at the reveal of a number of major real estate brands aligning with Propic over the coming months.
Propic said these partnerships mark “significant strides forward in its client acquisition journey”, pointing to its ability to improve the bottom line for agency users through improved customer response times and data interpretation.
