Professionals Real Estate has begun the rollout of its first nationwide on-demand training platform.

The offering has been created by corporate trainer and author Lee Woodward, who has spent the month so far conducting in-person training sessions to introduce the system to the network.

Called Training on Demand, it includes all of the veteran agent and coach’s strategies for becoming a high-performing agent, such as his popular 21 Steps for Selling.

Woodward explained how he drew on his 30 years of experience in the real estate industry to devise the program.

“All the work I have done during my career has been digitalised for this program,” Woodward stated.

Professionals reported that a key part of the training program is access to the Complete Snack App which contains over 100 coaching “snacks” that provide instant answers to questions via mobile phone.

“It’s a massive breakthrough in learning. The ‘snacks’ reinforce what has already been learnt during training and they become a handy reference library supporting knowledge retention,” Woodward explained.

With the network having purchased the 12-month training program for its 225 offices, Professionals chief executive officer Katherine Gonzalez-Cork shared that the group is “excited to roll out the new technology to support its members in their ongoing technology”.

“Professionals is an industry leader in training and committed to delivering the latest training and technology to help our offices remain ahead of their competitors,” Gonzalez-Cork expressed.

“This new technology will serve as a highly valuable resource for all Professionals’ agents no matter where they are in their career projection,” she concluded.

The introduction of this new technology follows the network’s recent appointment of Daniel Visvardis as a new business development executive for Victoria and South Australia.
