The partnership will provide Harcourts agents with Realtair’s suite of real estate technology solutions.

The alliance was described by Harcourts as marking “a significant milestone” in the network’s mission to equip Harcourts personnel with digital tools engineered to enhance efficiency and productivity.

As part of the collaboration, the network detailed that Realtair will provide Harcourts agents with a range of “advanced tools for prospecting, conducting digital presentations, supporting compliant document signing, managing the entire sales process, hosting online and hybrid auctions, and securely handling deposit receipts”.

In commenting on the strategic alliance, Adrian Knowles, CEO of Harcourts Australia, voiced that the network “recognise(s) the paramount importance of technology in empowering our agents and driving success in the real estate industry”.

“Through this tactical connection, we make it possible to position the Harcourts Group as a frontrunner in real estate technology, providing our agents with the tools they need to excel in a competitive market,” Knowles said.

Pete Matthews, CEO of Realtair, was enthusiastic about the partnership and the opportunity to “join forces with Harcourts”.

“Together, we’ll build a partnership that is sustainable and beneficial for both sides but also pushes the envelope in innovation, making the real estate journey better for agents and clients alike,” Matthews stated.

Through incorporating Realtair’s offerings, Harcourts stated that they will be able to offer a “superior real estate experience for all stakeholders involved”.

This new alliance comes off the top of a month of developments for Harcourts, with the network recently debuting their new global brand position and launching their new initiative looking to equip Fijian children who live in orphanages with school essentials.
