A new premium listings product has been unveiled by an Australian proptech giant.
Realestate.com.au’s newest product Luxe is designed “to raise the profile of top properties that need to stand out”.
Available to all Premiere+ customers from the beginning of the new financial year, the optional pay per listing upgrade is able to be added to any listing through the Ignite platform.
According to a statement from REA Group, it provides agents and vendors with exclusive features “designed to catch the attention of potential buyers”.
Homepage visibility, a larger listing size, prominent app push notifications, and enhanced e-brochures are all on offer, thanks to the new feature, with REA Group executive general manager of customer product, Simon Hope, revealing “customers have been asking us for products that will help their top properties stand out and provide a point of difference for their vendors”.
He said the new offering “lifts top properties above the rest, with the largest listing size, the boldest design, and the most eye-catching position to impress those seeking something truly extraordinary”.
He said it also builds on the “outstanding results” achieved by customers using Premiere+ over the past few years.
The launch follows a successful pilot program – one which Cunninghams Northern Beaches Real Estate director Georgi Bates was a part of.
She said the new product helped ensure their listing “stood out from the crowd and helped me to achieve greater cut through”.
With an increase in page property views also measured, Bates said the feature gave her listing the increased exposure needed to get noticed in the local market.
For Hope, it’s expected the wider rollout will enable similar results, stating that “with almost twice as many high-net-worth Australians browsing realestate.com.au compared to our nearest competitor, Luxe is an ideal opportunity to better showcase properties that are truly in a class of their own”.
