Antony Catalano’s View Media Group (VMG) and Real Estate Industry Partners (REIP) are already actively collaborating on implementation projects thanks to the alliance.

The “groundbreaking” multiyear partnership brings together VMG’s view.com.au, Acquire, Propic, AD Group, Today Media, and Beevo with REIP’s “commitment to advocating for and supporting real estate professionals”.

A statement revealing the cooperation said VMG and the shareholders of REIP shared a strong alignment in wanting to empower the industry and deliver meaningful results to agents, agencies, and franchise groups.

With the partnership extending beyond product offerings, it was outlined that REIP and VMG would be working together on initiatives around data and insights, with the aim of providing “a powerful industry voice on issues and opportunities impacting agents and agencies”.

Catalano himself, the executive chairman of VMG, said the group was “thrilled to be partnering with REIP and further enhancing our industry-first approach for agents and agencies across the country”.

Acknowledging strong consumer support for the view.com.au listings platform since its release last year, he said “launching the partnership with REIP is yet another way we can unite with the industry and continue to deliver both short- and long-term benefits for our customers”.

REIP CEO Sadhana Smiles has also shared in the excitement of partnering with View, citing “their advanced technology and growing reach”.

“View are poised to deliver value to their customers and drive innovation in the industry,” she stated, noting REIP “will continue to partner with portals providing free listings for our members on each site”.

Since View Media Group launched its listings portal last year, the group has been in growth mode. As well as partnering with Century 21 on a white-label CRM, and getting behind Propic’s Series D raise back in March, the group has also made a number of enhancements to its view.com.au platform.

Meanwhile, REIP has struck up a number of high-profile partnerships over the last 12 months, including a data-pooling partnership with Propic, an alignment with RateMyAgent, and a memorandum of understanding with the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
