The new kid on the property listings block has now integrated listings from Apartments & Developments into its Buy section, as it also launches a new project profiles section.

All Apartments & Developments (AD) project listings will now feature on view.com.au, in addition to appearing on a-d.com.au, it’s been revealed, with developers also to be provided with a dedicated landing page on the residential listings platform.

According to View Media Group’s (VMG) executive chairman Antony Catalano, it is “another step that demonstrates the power of the VMG group and the opportunities that exist through cross-pollination of the businesses”.

“Apartments & Developments will continue to do the fantastic work it does in providing a portal that targets high intent off-the-plan buyers that delivers a very low cost of sale for developers and project marketers but now they also get the added value of access to the mass audiences that view.com.au offers.”

Catalano believes it will deliver “a more cost-effective solution and better results than other offerings in the market”.

For AD Group co-founder and group general manager, Tom Hywood, being able to access the View listing portal and offer them to customers for no extra cost “is a huge win for our customers and a clear endorsement of AD Group and the value we add to the VMG group of companies”.

“This integration means that when you search properties for sale on View, you’ll not only get every established property for sale, but you’ll now also get any listed development in that area in the one search result: it’s a win-win for buyers and developers.”

While acknowledging the ongoing relevance of a dedicated portal for off-the-plan properties which focuses on attracting buyers, he did tout that “this integration with View will allow our clients to seamlessly access the view.com.au audiences without having to upload a thing on View”.

“We hope we’ll be able to convert a few of the established property buyers to the off-the-plan opportunities that exist,” Hywood concluded.

It’s been a busy period for VMG, which recently struck up a multiyear partnership with Real Estate Industry Partners (REIP).

They also hit a new milestone for their white-labelled performance marketing solution back in June, integrating the Acquire platform into Century 21’s proprietary CRM.

Since launching across Australia on AFL grand final day last year (30 September), it’s been a solid growth trajectory for the view.com.au listings portal, with massive audience growth reported within the first eight months of going live.
