The new collaboration is set to deliver innovative financial solutions to buyers, sellers and agents.
Listings portal Homely is now working with Real Flow “to enhance the transactional capabilities of real estate professionals and provide critical financial services to both agents and property vendors”, according to a statement announcing the alignment.
Homely said Real Flow would bring a suite of specialised services to the platform, including Commission Flow, Campaign Flow and Equity Flow, with the services designed to streamline financial aspects from sale to settlement.
David Webb, head of industry, revenue and partnerships at Homely, believes “Real Flow’s equity release offering will play a huge part in helping people that have sold, but not yet settled, get early access to their equity so they are in a position to buy their next home”.
“In today’s market, buyers need to be on the ball, and this kind of flexibility will put people in a better position to make the right purchasing decision,” he remarked.
Justin Steer, CEO of Real Flow, said they were “thrilled to partner with a leading portal like Homely”.
As well as bringing their financial solutions to a wider audience, Steer said their goal “is to simplify the financial demands of real estate transactions, making them more accessible and manageable for all participants in the buying and selling journey”.
It’s been a busy period for Homely, which recently unveiled its first suburb affordability report, released a new API feature for agents looking to access their enquiries, and realised a “huge opportunity” to harness social media audiences outside of the portal space, with the release of the Homely Promoter product.
