The recruitment platform has expanded its services with new offerings designed to help property professionals find the right fit for their team.

Having launched in early 2023, the growing platform has already made great strides in the industry, helping employers and property professionals alike find the right workplace fit.

Now, the proptech is responding to industry needs by launching a desktop web app and a new subscription option to allow greater flexibility during the recruitment process.

According to the firm, users will find the desktop application to be a more “comprehensive and efficient platform for job searching and recruitment”, while the web app will still be available for easy access to Recruit RE’s services.

Meanwhile, the new subscription features allow users to pay month-to-month, as opposed to annually, bringing a greater level of customisation to businesses’ recruitment needs.

In addition, the platform has also upped the integrity of the hiring process by integrating virtual face recognition and the capability to verify the licences of NSW candidates via Service NSW, greatly speeding up the hiring process.

Rebecca Blair, Recruit RE’s operations manager, affirmed the company’s belief that the new features advance its mission of creating better hiring outcomes for the real estate industry.

“Our goal is to make the job search and hiring process in the property arena as efficient and effective as possible. It’s about creating another channel for recruitment, changing the way the industry recruits, and innovating for future generations who trust search analytics and algorithms over trusting people,” she said.

According to Recruit RE, “effective staffing and quality onboarding” is “a critical challenge that plagues the real estate industry”, and the firm feels that with the right tech tools many of these staffing challenges can be mitigated.

In just over two years, the firm has found the industry to be receptive to its offering, allowing Recruit RE to expand with the hiring of Blair in 2023, and growing its board more recently with the addition of industry heavyweight Sue Choong just last month.
