Melbourne-based real estate group Jellis Craig has unveiled its new campaign dashboard, helping vendors track campaigns with live insights.
The Jellis Craig Live dashboard provides vendors with access to metrics in real-time, including views, enquiries and shares through its integration with realestate.com.au and domain.com.au.
It also provides vendors the opportunity to view inspection attendance and buyer interest from their phones.
According to the company, the dashboard was developed in-house and is expected to strengthen client relationships while eliminating manual campaign reporting.
“With Jellis Craig Live, we’re giving our agents the power to build deeper connections with clients and deliver even greater results,” Nichola Emmins, head of marketing at Jellis Craig, said.
“Enabling our clients to effectively watch live the attendance numbers at their open for inspection is a bold step forward for the industry and demonstrates the true value of the relationship we have with our vendors.”
The dashboard will be progressively rolled out beginning 30 September, the company confirmed.
It is hoped that Jellis Craig Live will “redefine” the agent-vendor relationship.
“Our commitment to innovation not only sets us apart in a competitive market, it fosters a culture where talented agents can thrive with the tools and resources they need to achieve outstanding results.”
The launch of the live dashboard comes as Jellis Craig expanded their presence with three new offices in Victoria, including Jellis Craig Croydon, Jellis Craig Mooroolbark and Jellis Craig Lilydale. The offices form part of the existing Jellis Craig Manningham and Maroondah business.
The newly branded Lilydale and Mooroolbark offices will be led by Greg and Geoff Earney, while the Croydon office will be headed by Brent Earney.
