LJ Hooker aligns with Properti to boost digital marketing capabilities

The network has joined forces with Properti in order to improve the efficiency of its marketing processes.

This partnership will provide LJ Hooker’s offices and agents with Properti’s suite of digital marketing tools and solutions, and is focused on transforming the network’s approach to digital marketing and operational efficiency.

The rollout of the deal has reportedly been underway for several months, with Properti’s digital solutions platform being specially tailored to enhance LJ Hooker’s ability to create, schedule and analyse content across multiple platforms.

The platform has also been integrated with the brand’s customer relationship management system (CRM) to ensure “seamless data flow and up-to-date customer information across all marketing channels,” according to Properti.

Properti also offers LJ Hooker professionals direct integrated access to Canva’s graphic design tools for marketing materials and HubSpot’s “marketing automation and lead nurturing capabilities”.

Craig Deveson, CEO of Properti, stated the alignment marks a “significant milestone” in the company’s mission to “revolutionise real estate marketing” and establish a “new standard for what’s possible in property marketing and agent productivity”.

LJ Hooker observed the platform has already recorded “impressive take-up and results” across the brand’s network.

General manager of marketing at LJ Hooker, Stephan Gervois, said the collaboration with Properti “aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing our network with the best tools and technology to succeed in an increasingly digital landscape”.
