The big four bank will partner with one of Australia’s largest real estate brands.
NAB has secured an exclusive banking partnership with Raine & Horne, at a pivotal moment for the bank’s involvement in the real estate sector.
The financial institution has been doubling down on its efforts to support the real estate industry in recent months, having just debuted a new payment services platform that’s designed to facilitate property-related transactions.
As part of this partnership, Raine & Horne will gain priority access to that platform, called NAB Portal Pay, bringing the specialised service for property sales and rental payments into the network’s offices across the country.
NAB’s professional services banking executive, Suzy Grant, commented that the brand was making a concerted effort to enhance the customer experience for real estate professionals, and noted that the partnership with Raine & Horne showed it was delivering on that goal.
“This partnership reflects NAB’s commitment to understanding our customers’ needs and supporting their growth,” she said.
“By combining the power of relationship banking with innovative tech solutions like NAB Portal Pay, we’re helping our business customers to focus on what they do best – build profitable relationships with their clients,” Grant added.
Raine & Horne’s executive chairman, Angus Raine, commented that the network was impressed with the bank’s efforts to reduce the complexity of financial transactions for both agents and their clients. He said the two major brands found alignment over a desire to bring innovation to the real estate industry.
“Embracing innovation is a core pillar of Raine & Horne’s strategy,” he noted.
According to Raine, the network’s membership is particularly excited to take advantage of the payment options offered in the bank’s property payments platform.
“As we continue to enhance our digital and technology offerings, NAB Portal Pay represents a significant leap forward in streamlining transactions for our agents and their clients,” he said.
