The brand has joined forces with Bond Property Lawyers to launch its tech-driven conveyancing platform, aimed at delivering faster and more transparent property settlements.

One Agency has partnered with digital property law firm, Bond Property Lawyers, to launch One Agency Conveyancing, a new service aimed at streamlining property law services while boosting visibility, efficiency and transparency in the real estate transaction process.

With One Agency having earlier this year surpassed over 700 personnel nationwide, this new offering will leverage Bond Property Lawyer’s existing buyer and partner portal to provide One Agency’s clientele with 24/7 access to critical documents, essential information and real-time updates throughout the process from contract to settlement.

Sharing his excitement at the partnership, One Agency’s founder and CEO, Paul Davies, said the collaboration would allow the group to “offer our clients a smoother, more transparent settlement process” and ensure they “feel confident and informed throughout”.

Bond Property Lawyers’ principal lawyer and co-founder, Rex Afrasiabi, noted the platform’s “48-hour turnaround for contract reviews and preparation” and described the collaboration as an “exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service through efficiency and transparency”.

The firm’s fellow co-founder Bill Nikolouzakis echoed this sentiment in sharing that the online portal’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) was “171 per cent above the industry benchmark”, and will enable the platform to “reduce stress and improve efficiency for everyone involved”.

“Our technology-driven approach ensures that all key stakeholders – buyers, sellers, agents, and mortgage brokers – have full visibility into the property transaction process,” Nikolouzakis said.
