Property seekers on view.com.au now have access to sophisticated property data on more than 10 million homes, thanks to a partnership with REIP Nexus.

View Media Group (VMG), parent company of view.com.au, struck a multiyear deal with Real Estate Industry Partners (REIP) in mid-2024, with the duo outlining their intention to work together on initiatives around data and insights.

Now, the behind-the-scenes work the two organisations have been doing has come out into the light, with view.com.au debuting data from REIP’s property research tool, Nexus, on its platform, providing insight into more than 10 million off-market properties.

Since launching 13 months ago, view.com.au has seen significant growth, with listings ballooning from 130,000 to over 185,000, proving to be a strong player in the property portal space in the Australian market.

Antony Catalano, executive chairman of VMG, underscored the company’s drive to deliver value for both property seekers and agent partners through the partnership with REIP.

“We are always looking at ways to ensure our products and services provide the best possible experience for property seekers and to our agent partners.

“Partnering with REIP Nexus ensures our audience has access to rich data on over 10 million properties to assist them in their property research.

The collaboration introduces REIP Nexus’ Sales Price Estimate tool to the view.com.au platform, offering up-to-date property valuations that assist agents and vendors in pricing their properties accurately.

“These tools work hand in hand with agents to stimulate the market and create potential vendors,” Catalano said.

Valocity Global CEO and founder, Carmen Vicelich, added that the new data now available will help those using view.com.au access “unprecedented insights, real-time data, transparency and trust” as they embark on their home buying journey.

Mike Green, part of the REIP team and managing director of Harcourts, said that the partnership with VMG is testament to the valuable feedback that REIP Nexus is able to provide.

“REIP Nexus is a significant and important step for the real estate industry to secure our future relevance and status as our clients’ trusted advisers. Becoming the data provider for View Media Group is a clear reflection of the quality of the data and platform now being delivered by REIP to the industry,” Green commented.
