A new strata reporting tool unveiled by Cohabit has been designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of strata inspections.

The platform aims to eliminate manual report generation, reduce errors and streamline operations for strata inspectors, allowing strata experts to provide precise, professional insights to buyers and owners more efficiently.

By leveraging intelligent data processing, benchmarking and customisable templates, the system is expected to reduce administrative tasks for strata inspectors while ensuring consistency, compliance and accuracy in reporting to stakeholders.

Thom Richards, head of product at Cohabit, highlighted that the new platform allows agents to access reliable strata insights faster, improving transparency and decision-making for buyers and investors.

“Strata Inspectors have long relied on cumbersome, error-prone methods to compile reports,” said Richards.

“With our new Expert Portal, we’re giving professionals a powerful tool to streamline access to data, eliminate inefficiencies and focus on delivering high-quality insights to buyers and owners.”

Cohabit highlighted that the system introduces an automated report-generation process, allowing inspectors to compile findings more efficiently.

The company stated that by integrating data-driven analysis, the portal reduces the likelihood of errors and enhances the reliability of information provided to clients.

According to Cohabit, a range of standardised yet adaptable templates supports consistency while enabling personalisation where required.

The platform also facilitates collaboration, with real-time updates and shared access, allowing teams to work on reports simultaneously without delays.

Cohabit further explained that distribution capabilities have been expanded, with building profiles linked across multiple industry networks, increasing the accessibility and visibility of reports.

Additionally, the company underscored that secure cloud-based access ensures that professionals can retrieve and manage reports from any location, maintaining security and data integrity.
